About us

We are Rico & Jacqueline
and we live with our two children and our animals
on our beautiful farm "Kastanjegården" in the Småland forest.

In 2016 we dared to take the big adventure and moved to Sweden.

Last year we had the chance to take over the traditional and well-known smokehouse "Målatorps Viltrökeri" and thus lay the foundation
for the realization of our dream:
to produce with great passion and our knowledge
high quality sausages and smoked meat
from natural and regional products.
